Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Yes, we offer refunds and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must be returned in their original condition, complete with all labels and packaging.

To arrange a return or exchange, please contact sales@malta-sports-optics.com. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, and will be issued via the original payment method.

How do I make a return?

You must initiate returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Refund process:

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will check that it meets the criteria of our returns policy. If the return is approved, a refund will be made to the original payment method.

What should I do if my parcel is lost or arrives damaged?

Lost parcels

At Malta Sports Optics, we strive to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition. If your order is lost in transit, please contact us at sales@malta-sports-optics.com, providing your order number and all relevant details.

Damaged parcels

We understand how disappointing it is to receive a damaged parcel. If this happens, please contact us at sales@malta-sports-optics.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include photos of the damaged items or package.

We will review the documentation provided and, if necessary, provide a replacement or arrange for a refund.
