If you need to make a warranty claim, we will repair your product and return it to you free of charge.

Please note that we can only accept your defective device via shipment.

If you reject our cost estimate and the unrepaired device should be returned, we will be charged €25.00 for the estimate (plus shipping costs and VAT).

The repair is typically carried out by us within 2 to 3 weeks after receiving the repair authorization.
