Enter “Warranty registration” as the subject, enter your personal details and upload a photo of the proof of purchase (e.g. invoice or receipt).

NOBLEX All Trust Warranty

1. Scope of Warranty

The NOBLEX brand stands for the quality and durability of its products. That’s why we offer our customers a 10-year exchange warranty on all our sports optics, including binoculars, riflescopes, and red dot sights. If a defect occurs in the optics during this period, we will replace the product with an equivalent optic of the same or similar type.

2. Warranty Start and Duration

The warranty begins on the date of purchase and is valid for a period of 10 years. To activate it, please send an email to sales@malta-sports-optics.com (please “Warranty Registration” in the subject line), provide us with your full name and attach your proof of purchase or a corresponding receipt.

3. Warranty Services

As part of this warranty, we commit to replacing a defective product with an equivalent product of the same or similar type in the event of a proven defect. The determination of a product’s equivalence is at our discretion.

4. Definition of a Defect

A defect within the meaning of this warranty occurs when a malfunction not caused by improper use significantly restricts or prevents the intended use of the optics. Examples of defects include:

  • Fogging on the inside of the lens systems or moisture inside the optics despite the promised waterproofness.
  • Failure or malfunction of the electronics.
  • Mechanical defects in the focusing wheels, diopter adjustment, or zoom function.
  • Loosening or breakage of structural components that are not caused by improper handling.

5. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty excludes:

  • Normal wear and tear and wearing parts (e.g. seals, coatings, rubber armoring)
  • Damage caused by improper use, improper handling, or lack of care
  • Damage caused by forces beyond our control, such as natural disasters, accidents, fire, water, or other environmental influences
  • Repairs or modifications by unauthorized third parties
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect the product’s functionality

6. Claiming the Warranty

To claim the warranty, please contact our customer service. To process your claim, we require:

  • The defective product
  • A copy of the purchase receipt
  • A brief description of the defect

The customer will bear the costs of shipping the defective product to us. The return of the replaced optics will be at our expense.

7. Statutory Warranty Rights

This warranty grants you additional rights and does not affect your statutory warranty rights. The statutory warranty applies independently of this warranty and remains in full force and effect.

8. Final Provisions

Should individual provisions of these warranty conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. This replacement warranty is subject exclusively to German law, regardless of the country of purchase or the customer’s place of residence.
