How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order via the link in your confirmation email. Alternatively, you can contact us at sales@malta-sports-optics.com. Please provide us with your order number and the reason for cancellation in your message.

Please note that orders can only be cancelled before they have been shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to our returns policy for further instructions.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been placed and processed by us, you will receive an email confirming your order and containing your order details. This email will contain a tracking number and a link to our tracking page.

Click on the tracking number link or enter the tracking number on the tracking page.

Please note that tracking information may not be available immediately after your order has been placed. It can take up to 12 hours for the number to become active in our system. If you do not see an update immediately, please be patient and check back later.

What payment methods can I use?

The following payment methods are available:

  • Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard).

Can I order on account?

As much as we would love to say “yes” this is unfortunately not possible. We accept only pre-paid orders per credit or debit card.
